Exploring a New Chapter in The Construction of "PV, Energy Storage and Intelligent Charging Station Ecological Park"

In order to actively respond to the national strategic goal of "reaching the peak of carbon and carbon neutrality" and meet the growing demand for electric vehicle charging, the intelligent charging station with integrated PV+ESS and charging has been officially launched and put into operation in the Dongjiang Intelligent Manufacturing Center of Absen recently!

Absen Dongjiang Intelligent Manufacturing Center is located in Dongjiang High-tech Industrial Park, Zhongkai High-tech Zone, Huizhou. This project is the first PV+ESS and charging station in Absen Park, which adopts the "PV+ESS and charging" solution. The project is an important window for the Absen Energy to demonstrate its concept of green development,and help the development of green, low-carbon and smart cities.

The project is a comprehensive station integrating photovoltaic power generation, distributed energy storage and charging pile. With Absen Energy C&I ESS AX3440, Cube 215, Cube 230 and Cube 232, the total installed photovoltaic capacity reaches 2.84MWp, and the energy storage power station reaches 4.5MWh. It is equipped with six 7kW AC charging piles and two high-efficiency dual gun 120kW DC charging piles, which can provide charging services for 10 vehicles at the same time.

The project adopts the green charging mode of "spontaneous self-use, surplus electricity online". Photovoltaic power generation, energy storage and charging are closely integrated and support each other to realize the circular and efficient use of green energy. During peak power consumption, the integrated power station can supply power to the grid. When electricity consumption is low, it charges itself or electric vehicles, plays the role of peak cutting and valley filling. At the same time,it also brings better power generation income to the enterprise. After the project, it is expected that the average annual photovoltaic power generation is about 1.8 million degrees, the average annual charge and discharge capacity of the energy storage power station can reach 3 million degrees, and 550 tons of standard coal can be saved every year, reducing about 1,352 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, which is equivalent to planting 77400 trees.

With the comprehensive application of PV+ESS and charging, the energy management needs of industrial parks have become diversified, and the realization of long-term management and operation of parks has become the focus of our attention. Through the construction of a smart energy platform, the park has realized the digital and intelligent management of photovoltaic, energy storage, charging piles and other energy sources. This initiative not only improves management efficiency, but also promotes the optimal allocation of distributed energy and comprehensive energy assets in the park, creating more value-added benefits for enterprises.
